Bone Plate
Screws or compression are used to stabilize the fracture ends and bear postoperative weight-bearing to maintain bone alignment and promote healing. Due to the high toughness of the material and its susceptibility to work hardening, the milling, grooving, and hole-forming of bone plates are extremely challenging; key structures such as screw holes, elliptical holes, and chamfers must have high precision and edge integrity to avoid assembly interference.
High precision in hole position and contour; stable structural strength.
