Process Planning
Whether you only have a concept, a sketch, or need reverse engineering based on a sample, we can provide you with complete process planning services.
We will first thoroughly understand your needs, including product functionality, usage environment, quantity scale, and cost targets, and assist in design optimization to ensure the manufacturability of the part structure. At the same time, we will recommend suitable materials based on your requirements, such as aluminum alloys, stainless steel, hard and brittle materials, or engineering plastics, and select the most suitable processing method.
Furthermore, we will integrate internal and external resources, covering surface treatment, heat treatment, and mold development, to create a complete solution. Finally, through process design, cost assessment, and delivery planning, and by providing professional design review reports and quotations, we will help you transform your ideas into practical product solutions.
Manufacturing
Based on a complete process plan, we strictly implement the production process to ensure that every part meets the precision and quality requirements. Starting with incoming material inspection, we confirm that the dimensions and materials meet the specifications, and then carry out multiple processes such as CNC turning and milling, combined with necessary heat treatment and surface treatment to create high-quality parts.
During the manufacturing process, we ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality through first-piece inspection, routine inspection, and final inspection, combined with precision inspection methods such as three-dimensional measurement and surface roughness testing. At the same time, we guarantee stable delivery times through rigorous scheduling and capacity control.
Precision Assembly
We offer high-standard precision assembly services, operating in a temperature-controlled environment of +/- 1.5°C and a cleanroom assembly line, equipped with 20 workstations and approximately 80 square meters of dedicated space to ensure that parts are assembled under the most stable conditions.
Based on product functionality and performance requirements, we plan the assembly process, fixture design, and key parameter settings to ensure consistent fit accuracy. The assembly process utilizes equipment such as three-dimensional measurement, optical inspection, and dynamic testing for positioning calibration and quality verification.
All SOPs, inspection methods, and records are performed according to customer requirements, and traceable assembly and production histories are provided. Whether it is our own brand or ODM/OEM, all products undergo full inspection according to a consistent operating process to ensure that the products achieve optimal precision and reliable quality before leaving the factory.
